We are the City of Houston & county of Fort Bend Texas, but neither wants to help us. Can you?

Other Information: The original Association went under years ago. The one man board claims all the records were dropped into his lap; instead of holding a meeting with the homeowners. He took it upon himself to operate the community. No one voted him in. It is the same with the second association.
Both associations are collecting money, but no one is doing anything for the community. We need some serious help.
