Havasu Garden Association, Inc.directors Jerry Schmitz, Jeffrey Crilley have failed to comply with association . bylaws which allow inspection of all books, records and papers by association. members.
Arizona statutes also require boards to allow member inspection of books and records.
Case update: April 24, 2003:
The case has not been ajudicated. The developer/defendant has apparently sold his interest in our HOA and effectively relieved himself of the custody of the records and papers that were the focus of the suit. Those documents have not yet been located.
