Summary
Two retired senior citizens have been subjected to extreme emotional and financial abuses at hands of HOA's Board Members and Managers and discrimination.
Their retirement residence has been ruined by water damages arising from Board members failure to properly maintain common area roofs, and Board has refused to repair extensive interior damages including mold and mildew, although other units have been and are being repaired.
HOA, Board and Manager all have knowledge of interior damages, and failing health of elderly Plaintiffs - but have done nothing to alleviate situation, and in fact, continue to demonstrate aggression toward Plaintiffs - even after being served with a lawsuit.
