Summary
Plaintiffs (TSG Independant Management Company - Tina Gustave) allege that Defendant :
1. stated,"TSG is in collusion with prior board director Irv Sturner and President Chris Coit in managementt of Hidden Ridge Homeowners Association, Orange County, California and in handling of its financial affairs.".
2. caused to be published false and libelous information in a newspaper article in the Saddleback Valley News, an insert in the Register newspaper, The Trabuco Canyon News and a newsletter
3. spoke following words concerning plaintiffs, "TSG is depositing $2,000 of the Hidden Ridge Owners Association money into the Hidden Valley account and that Tina Gustave used certain vendors so that she can get kick backs from them."
