Summary

The plaintiffs filed an injunction against Mr. Ripley's flatbed tow truck so he cannot park it on the property stating that it is a violation of the CC& R's. The complaint filed by the plaintiffs state that the flatbed obstructs fire lanes, walkways, mailboxes and loading zones and that it is too large to fit into a parking space.
Causes of Action: Not allowing my husbands flatbed tow truck on the premisis.
