Summary
Homeowner was a member of community for 18 years. In May 2003 appeared at community pool wearing thong bikini. A "security guard" stated that she would not be permitted to stay at the pool wearing thong. There were NO posted or noted rules pertaining to pool attire. Guard called police. Police took NO action as there were NO rules and thong bikini legal in said county. After said event harassment of homeowner continued. Review of the existing HOA documents gave rise to further issues and concerns as to the HOA, the Board and the Property Management Company. Case filed on May 13, 2003.
