Question & Answer
CAMPAIGN TO STOP PROPERTY THEFT IN AMERICA'S HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS

Exposing the crimes, criminals, ring leaders and the profiteers

February 25, 2006

By AHRC News Services

Sacramento, California -

Here's how America's Homeowners can help start a campaign against property theft.

PUBLISH

1. Publish your story as an article with all the documentation (letters, complaints, photos) that you can provide - you can upload these as files and images

Use the News Submission form for the article.

Use the Lawsuit Submission form for lawsuits that were filed as well

If you have a website, use the LINK>Submit Your Site form to add a link on AHRC for your website, after you have added a link on your website for AHRC. The "LINK " submission form is in the left margin of the ahrc.com website.

LIST THE PLAYERS AND THE PROFITEERS

2. Search the AHRC Business Directory to find listings for Judge, your Homeowners Association and each of the Board Members, each of the Lawyers, and the Collection Agent. If they are listed, use Comments to add your information about your experience with them

If they are not, Submit a listing for the Judge, your Homeowners Association and each of the Board Members, each of the Lawyers, and the Collection Agent using separate Directory listing forms. Include their contact information and email addresses (latter will not show on the web).

COMMUNICATE..COMMUNICATE..COMMUNICATE

3. Use Communications to write to the oversight agencies e.g. Bar association, Judiciary Oversight Committee, etc., media, the homeowners association and its vendors, the authorities and civil and human rights groups....

SOME BACKGROUND...

Details of property theft incidents from the victims are important in exposing organized crimes.

Take time to publish and send the information that you have via AHRC to millions who read the information.

Keeping the spotlight on the people and their inappropriate activiities can help deter illegal business and legislative activities. Copy your Communications to the appropriatate enforcement agencies, legislators and media.

Homeowner association "laws" were written in the various states in America by foreclosure lawyers and corrupt politicians to rob others' property.

For 16 years, homeowners and the media have been using AHRC to gather information for their campaign to expose and curb this property theft in America's homeowner associations.

Exposing the crimes and the criminals - the ring leaders and the profiteers, will help the American Homeowners Campaign to Curb Property Theft in America.
