I tried to sign up to view information on the AHRC News Services website

I have not received the email so that I can send back the verification to be able to log in

I tried to sign up to view information on your website but I have
not received the email so that I can send back the verification.

Can you advise?


AHRC Response

A verification (confirmation) email is automatically sent to the email address you used to sign up with.

You can resend verification to yourself :

Go to Tools in the left margin of the AHRC site

Click Log in

Click Resend verification

Also:

• check that your cookies are on and restart your computer
• check that the email address you are using has been set up on your user account mail preference settings on your computer to receive emails
• check that you mail provider is not blocking your mail
• the computer you are using is not blocking certain email - some company and government computers do have incoming mail blocks. If so use another computer to get you AHRC account verified.
• add ahrc to you address book
