Question & Answer
I had to move out of my condo three month ago because of a fire in another unit

I am a senior with a reverse mortgage and meed advice

Sacramento, California -

I am a senior living in a Condo with a homeowners association.

There was a fire in one of the other units in our building and I had to move out of my home.

This owner was charged with arson then this was dropped by the defenders office. He has apparently emotional problems and refuses to let his Insurance Company or the Hemlock Street Condo Association into fixing this property.

It has been 3 months and there is water and debris and the association is doing nothing by trying to relieve this.

The association Insurance has accepted this, but has done nothing for the last month and many days.

I could be out for many months and this is not a healthy situation for me as my health is getting worse living with not knowing when I can get home.

This situation is very suspicious to me.

I am a senior with reverse mortgage...upcoming special assessment dues that will be outrages.

I need some advise from others in this matter.
