Question & Answer
Is the United States of America a "nation of laws" or a nation of idiots with idiotic laws?

July 24, 2009

Los Angeles, California -

I read all about homeowners homeowner association troubles-and i am in the middle of the same troubles myself.

What I don't understand is-why don't I see a clamor, a push to have the LAWS changed. Otherwise all the griping and complaining and whining will do no good.

As it is, all these corrupt homeowner association boards of directors members know they can't be touched.

There is something ludicrous, absurd and disgusting about the fact that even the constitution, the
"supreme law of the Land", doesn't apply to this so-called "private governments"!

Is the United States of America a "nation of laws" or a nation of idiots with idiotic laws?
