Maria
PROFILE: am a REALTOR and homeowner in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1998. After buying my unit back in 2006, for the first time now, 02/2009 I have issues regarding this particular member of the Board and the Property management. Because I dared to disagree with this member of the Board,I have being discriminated and harassed by the property management's owner sending letters to me and to all the other homeowners with false accusations. I want to joint the fight against this imperialist and parallel power.

AHRC Response

Dear Maria:

Welcome to AHRC!

A verification email was immediately sent to your hotmail email address when you registered. Another was sent again today.

Check your spam folder and check that hotmail is delivering the mail you request. If you continue having problems try another email provider. AHRC users have reported that AOL and ATT are unreliable email services and have been dumping mail they request and pay for delivery.

For more information please check the AHRC FAQ

437. Can you please help - hotmail.com email problems
Hi I submitted all of my information required to set up an account and followed all instructions including resend this info to your email approx. 20X.

I am unable to sign in because I have yet to receive the verification email. I disabled my firewall and follow all instructions Can you please help.

AHRC Response

Dear Tori:

When you register, you are immediately sent an email with a link to click to verify and activate your account. You can do this from the Log In screen on ahrc.com. We have sent another verification. If you are not receiving this verifiacation email:

1. check your spam filter to see if emails from ahrc.com are not being filtered out.
2. Add ahrc.com email address to your address book.
3. Check if hotmail is not blocking your access to ahrc.com emails

If you continue having trouble receiving emails from ahrc.com, using hotmail.com re- register on ahrc using another email provider that does not create problems for its users.

For additional help, check the AHRC.com FAQ

435. I signed up again but can't get a verification e-mail back - ISP is Yahoo.com
I just signed up, but I think I made a mistake and put a "dot" at the end of .com (.com.) in my e-addy.

I signed up again but now it is saying this is already taken, can't get an e-mail back from you to verify and be able to log in because of the wrong address.

Now what????

Danny
Tempe, Arizona

Profile: I got behind on my dues, and my assoc. served me with a complaint. I was able to pay in full the amount but they are still taking me to court. I know it is that their attorney needs to be paid but there wasn't anything in the original complaint that I was required to pay them x amount of fees and would have if known. Ariz.State statute req. assoc.to pay all bills including atty.fees. Any thoughts? Dan

AHRC Response

Dear Danny:

You are registered and a verification email was send as soon as you did to areagent@yahoo.com. Another has been sent - you can do this yourself from the Log in screen as well.

If you are not receiving the verification, but are able to receive email to your yahoo address, yahoo may be selectively and without justification blocking mail you request. If so use another email provider e.g. gmail

434. If AOL is dumping your mail get another mail provider who provides reliable internet mail delivery
I still have not gotten an activation email from your website-I registered a while back and tried again to resend the verification email recently, but to no avail. Please correct this situation. I want to post on your forum.
Georgianna
Little River, SC

AHRC Response

Dear Georginia:

We have re-sent your verification email. AOL is blocking and dumping mail customers pay them to deliver . Many subscribers report they are not receiving Newsletters or verification emails

Use another email provider for better mail delivery service. For more information see AHRC FAQ

For AOL Complaints - Do a Google search under "AOL Complaints" or "AOL Sucks"
