How do I establish a Homeowners Association for our neighborhood?
Keepuncher
AHRC Response
Homeowner Associations are corporations set up by the Community Associations Institute foreclosure lawyers - America's Home Foreclosure Cartel to steal property by depriving homeowners their property and constitutional rights.
The litigation and foreclosure tides by these CAI lawyers are making millions of American families homeless and destitute and scamming international investors who lend money to American banks who securitize and sell homeowner association mortgages - the most risky of the securitized home mortgages.
No decent neighbor would start a homeowners association in his neighborhood and take the risk of subjecting his neighbors, international investors and America to homelessness, financial scams, suffering, and recessions.

Foreclosure Fraud? Do you think homebuyers are stupid? Do you think that homebuyers think they will get the house for free if they don't take care of their financial obligations?

I have an UNSIGNED letter from the HOA Board of our development. Since I am taking this letter to my attorney I requested a "signed" letter because I will be going to court.
Our management company says "in her experience, the Board does not have to sign the letter.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS LEGAL.
