I am getting letters from the internal revenue service saying that i have to pay for my ex-husband's taxes in 1998 and 2001. I do have a letter of divorce from the courthouse here in Denver stating the fact that my ex-husband is supposed to pay for the taxes not me.
How do I go about sending the papers to you so that you can see for yourself?
Paula

www.sanpacificoblog.com has all the background. HOA trying to run over homeowners' rights to satisfy a few special interests of those on the HOA.
Ugly politics and negative slandering of those whose rights are being squashed. It would be nice to know if there are other courses of action we have a our disposal.
An update to the site will be coming out tomorrow with a letter we are sending to the city attorney. But, the HOA president seems to have political clout!

HOA violations are showing up every other week at my house. The HOA is not providing the name of the individual citing the "observations," as stated in the covenant.
What rights do I have as a homeowner?

Dear sirs,
I have the dubious distinction of having to deal with Peters & Freedman on a homeowner association board issue.
Is there any well-meaning law firm that wants to take them on.
I would appreciate your input.

I live in a small (20-30 tenants) mobile home/rv park. We would like to create a homeowner's association. How do we go about beginning this? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

AHRC Response
Dear Unknown:
Your News>Question & Answer submission did not include a Username and contact information - address, telephone number and email address.
In addition please provide more details about the mobile home park e.g. Do you own the park that you want to create a homeowners association for or are you a tenant? Do the residents own the homes and the lots etc...?
Please resubmit with the additional information.
Best regards

The family that moved into the house cati-corner from my house. I think it is xxxxxx , the third house from xxxxx on the north side of the street. A black family purchased the house a couple of months ago.
The lawn is dying, weeds through-out, the garage door stays opened with the light on for everyone to see the junk in the garage. Two weeks ago, Food Fair finally came and picked up their grocery cart. It had been in their front lawn for a week. The children had been playing with it.
This has never happened in xxxx HOA before and it is awful!
PLEASE SEND THEM A LETTER REGARDING THESE ISSUES.....IT IS A HORRIBLE THING WHEN ALL YOU SEE IS TRASH.
