Summary: Date Sent: 12/25/2003 7:43 AM Our HOA breaks the non-profit corporation laws left and right for example , not including their decisions in their minutes,trying to bar homeowners from the monthly meetings, and other blatant violations of Texas non-profit corporation act. Our complaints to the Texas Attorney general has gone nowhere. Which state or federal agency can we take our complaints to short of filing a costly lawsuit? AHRC Response Currently, there is no State or Federal oversight for homeowner association fraud and corruption. Many of the politicians who should be enforcing the laws are busy helping write laws or stop the passage of laws from in return for "donations" from the very people who are stealing the public's life savings and homes. Hence, we suggest that all wronged homeowners write and publish , and preserve their letters and requests to both government and private workers you pay to do a job. By creating tansparency and education we are exposing the plunderers operating this new scam called homeowner associations and helping good politicians and businesses remove the thieves Other Information:
