Summary: Lawsuit filed by board after homeowners recorded documents dissolving HOA, See 00-02-15035CV - Alsation Heights HOA vs Irene Britton below Dues: $36. per year - 165 units Other Information: I filed a petition signed by 66% of Lot owners who wanted to shut down the Homeowners Association. We had amended the Declaration removing the HOA and filled out a petition and presented the document to an illegally seated board president who stated "I don't have to deal with this s-it" and threw it on the floor. We presented the documents at 3 seperate board meetings and got the same treatment. We filed because we felt we had no recourse in changing what we the Lot owners wishes were and still are. Agreed Judgment Set aside the filed document. No monetary damages. No Judgment against me by the HOA or The Developer.
