| Las Vegas, Nevada - I wish to thank AHRC for giving me the platform to get the message out about Senator Michael Schneider's appearance before the California Legislature on March 9th.
Because of AHRC's ability to reach out, the responses I received are very encouraging. I thank each and every one of you for your heartwarming input.
When I mentioned the President spreading democracy worldwide, I was speaking rhetorically and somewhat tongue-in-cheek. I say "somewhat" because I think it is more than past time that we, as a group, inform our President of the tragedy and terror that is taking place on Homeowner Associations. It will do no good to curse the darkness, so we'd damned better light a candle.
The number of human tragedies that take place on Homeowner Associations is multiplying dramatically. This is sad, but let's use to our advantage the fear and outrage that it causes. If there is doubt that the President is aware, let's contact him in force and remove all doubt.
Let's find a way to unite and get our message out to the highest levels. Then no one, not even the President himself, can claim ignorance.
It is my feeling that the "SCHNEIDER AFFAIR" may be the beginning of a new approach. Furious Nevada homeowners contacted me after reading the AHRC posting; they are talking about recalling the Senator. We are sending the Schneider letter to all members of the California and Nevada Legislators, along with the AHRC Web site.
The reason why CAI is so effective is because, as a national organization, they support each other in every state. In States where CAI is in trouble, CAI National will come to their assistance. I know as a fact that animosity, even hatred, exists between some CAI members; however, they will never display this in public. Don't you think it is more than time that we too present a united front?
It is my belief that CAI and Senator Michael Schneider committed a blunder -- a gross tactical error, if you will. Here in Nevada they stacked both the Ombudsman's Office and the Commission with CAI. Confident because of their success here, they are attempting to do the same in California, and have been caught red-handed.
The appearance by Senator Michael Schneider and CAI attorney Michael Buckley before the California Legislature takes place on March 9th.
Nevada was only a laboratory for the Ombudsman Commission concept. If they establish this concept in California, the rest of the nation is in jeopardy of following suit.
Activists in California are literally on the FIRING LINE and need all of the assistance that can be mustered at the national level. We must teach CAI that when they touch one of us they touch us all. They must learn that there will be penalties in doing so. The exposure of CAI lackey Senator Schneider is an example.
