A RESPONSE TO"Blackwater's unwritten death contract - 'Blackwater launched and operated the administration's own Gestapo'

A perverted form of Liberty only for themselves and their own kind

It is no surprise that evil prospers a under a form of government that began with the selfish intentions of hypocritical gangster 'idealists' who wanted a perverted form of Liberty only for themselves and their own kind. Politicians under that scheme have proceeded for decades to refine the self-serving 'permissions' under which they authorize evil in the name of good!

It is long overdue that we recognize that no standard but contradiction was ever the underpinning of the Constitution, and that it cannot be FIXED by any amendments under itself! It is also impractical to rewrite the Constitution. We must instead put a foundation BEFORE it that will measure all that is EVIL, WRONG, ILL ADVISED, or In conflict with REALITY!

I propose a fundamental amendment to create an article "A" that provides these various standards. It would be incumbent on the courts to implement on all existing laws, in cases brought before them for each case under ANY statute. They would be compelled to measure such laws in terms of such foundation standards, until the endpoint; either the law would be abolished, or it would be rewritten to conform. It would therefore be unnecessary to rewrite the Constitution; the lawyers and the Judges would do it! Congress and the President would be so bound as well in order for any new legislation to pass.

it was proposed by Congress in the mid-1960's that a new constitution might be based on Equity, or on Mathematics. No one said anything about basing one on REALITY. Jeez, the politicians would be lost without the opportunity to LIE about what they are proposing, such as OBAMA-NATION CARE, or any other socialist scam under another title! We need to face these criminals with their worst enemy -- REALITY!

ALL standards are ultimately founded in demonstrations made by the Universe. The laws of the Universe are the only LEGAL principles that apply to life or to rocks. The four standards we need to apply are LIBERTY, EQUITY, VALIDITY, and REALITY. It is Liberty that needs an astronomical-grade definition that would satisfy everybody from Captain Kirk to the SIERRA club.

I propose that the definition would read in such a way as to reflect the "rights-in-common" of all sentient and non-sentient creatures to survive in a manner consistent with the principles of the UNIVERSE. The OBLIGATION of sentient creatures is to do so unless it would injuriously interfere with the same rights of other sentient or non-sentient creatures. Captain Kirk ran into this principle with the "worm-hole" creatures that mistook his ship for their usual source of energy! He had to convince the creatures that the ship was filled with sentient creatures that needed that energy to themselves survive.

We need to take into account everything that would be applicable anywhere in the rest of the Universe, no matter! It may sound far out, but if we don't start thinking like citizens of the Universe, we may suffer the fate of many STARS--feeding on our own energy, consuming it until we SUPERNOVA! "Poof" or learn folks!
