Sacramento, California - The Gold Rush is still on in the Golden State.
Gray Davis, governor of California, has received an estimated $46 million from lobbyists.
In return, he has put lobbyists in lucrative government positions.
Together they have pushed policies and passed laws that enrich themselves and their industries.
One example is the Davis Sterling Act passed in 1985. Written by homeowner association lawyers who are also collection agents, it creates a gold mine for lawyers and other vendors.
As a result a tidal wave of foreclosures and lawsuits has swept across California.
Homeowners have lost their homes and life-savings to these homeowner association lawyers.
What happens in California has been sweeping the nation. The California foreclosure flood is replicated in such areas as Texas, Nevada, Florida and Arizona.
However, homeowners across the nation have banded together to fight this scam. They are providing torrents of information to the public. and urging them to vote out these corrupt politicians in the upcoming elections.
