Question & Answer
My Homeowners Association has lost the "Non-Profit" status because they made a profit

How does this affect me?

May 26, 2005

By Floyd

Los Angeles, California -

I have a question if I may.

I live in an Homeowners Association and they have lost the "Non-Profit" status because they made a profit.

Can you tell me how that will affect me personally, being a homeowner in the Association?

Thank you,
