A fine example of ignorant homeowners attempting to impose their will on others. Mulcahy Law firm did a huge injustice to this HOA by attempting impose the will of the HOA in regards to prohibit solar equipment when state law prohibits any form of CC&R or deed restriction to that effect.
If I was in the president's seat I would be ashamed of my self and be finding a new lawfirm fast, one that knows the law, and how to interpret it. What a waste of money, though it served them right.
