17. The State Attorney General should be made aware of the fraud by Peters & Freedman in Desert Crest Homeowners Association
THE REFERENCED LAWYERS GROUP REFFERED TO IS ITSELF UNDER INVESTIGATION I WAS TOLD.

I AM A MEMBER OF DESERT CREST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. IT WAS FORMED BY THE REFERENCED LEGAL FIRM AND AS IT WAS FORMED UNDER ILLEGAL MEANS REPORTING THAT 100 PER CENT OF THE PEOPLE OF THIS COMMUNITY VOTED FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE FORMATION OF A PUBLIC BENIFIT CORPORATION WAS AND IS A LIE THAT WAS TOLD TO THE CALIFORNIA STATE CORPORATIONS DIVISION. MAKING THEM GUILTY OF AND THE BOARD THAT SIGNED THE DOCUMENTS GUILTY OF FRAUD.

AS THERE IS NO STATUE OF LIMITATIONS ON FRAUD I BELIEVE THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF THIS AND A FULL SCALE INVESTIGATION HELD INTO THE LAW FIRM AND DESERT CREST.

15. I also contacted many news people like------
  Hi There;

I am looking over your site and needs..... and the domain name issues with the California legal system

I just tried and it worked the following -----

I think you need to have a Facebook FREE account to view

This method was one of the best methods to get your cause out there. As far as sub-domains and domains, Wikileaks wound up with hundreds of them, both purchased by Wikileaks and by other like minded people. That is how I help... I had no money, but my technical abilities.

I also contacted many news people like------

Once that happens as far as News and Free Speech goes things start to happen

I hope this helps

13. AHRC website has been trying its best to draw the attentions to State and federal agencies about the concerns of Homeowners
It is respectfully submitted to all concerned that AHRC website has been trying its best to draw the attentions to State and federal agencies about the concerns of Homeowners and HOA and their agents as reported in these colums from time to time alongwith any wrongdoings if any.

Moreover it is an interactive website of exchange of healthy discussions and instances so that other homeowners may learn from the experiences of those involved as I feel

AHRC have also left no stone-unturned to take active participation in improvement of CID laws with CA law revision commission to the extent possible and within their scope.

It is a matter of regret that for one reason or other we have landed up in this unfortunate plight for which lot of families have been put in embrassing positions due to foreclosures and credit mess which I feel could have been averted. This has also resulted in loss of home-equity and also loss of revenue to the state in terms of taxes.Subject is so complex in nature that it is very dificult to write in few words and may please be read in letter and spirit.

With the efforts of pro-homeowners writers for immense service to all concerned directly or indirectly by AHRC dedicated staff I trust it may bring GOOD for the days to come and submitted respectfully to Honorable Court to review the subject in the manner deem -fit in the interest of Humanity. But we must not forget as I feel change for betterment is bound to come leaps and bounds.Success of community solely depends upon active participations of their members interaction for the growth of community. And I feel it shall make the difference.

I would like to extend special thanks to AHRC and like minded media who have left no stones unturned to focus the issues to avoid reoccurrences in the interest of all concerned in my opinion lest it becomes another nightmare for humanities in due course to be read in letter and spirit based upon writings .

It is felt that with the involvement of media and like-minded website may also draw attention of State and Federal agencies about the plight and hardships of Homeowners wherever applicable if any and may result in the corrective steps accordingly.

With kindest regards,

What can we do? Please post some solutions to this problem.

I believe there are enough of us to provide a showing, and to make a statement of what is truly an issue of "freedom of speech."

9. Your site is fantastic and is one place I can go to view what is occurring in HOA'a across the country
Your site is fantastic and is one place I can go to view what is occurring in HOA'a across the country. Living in a HOA and dealing with the unfair and meanspirited Board makes your site so important to learn what can be done. I would gladly sign a petition to keep this site open...

8. I feel said about this move and I think people in America should fight for their justice, freedom of speech and freedom of press.
I feel said about this move and I think people in America should fight for their justice, freedom of speech and freedom of press. The people just violated the 1st Amendment forbidden others telling the truth.

This is a very useful website for all the homeowners, if you need to sign a petition, I am happy to join. Or you need us to publicize in our local media. I can do it for you.
