The law firm of Peters and Freedman makes millions in profit a year. Its partners live in multi-million dollar homes, have cabins in Big Bear and drive luxury Mercedes cars. Yet the law firm is torn with dissension, pitting one partner against another, and setting off a furious fight over profits according to a lawsuit filed in San Diego Superior Court by a former partner, Michael Kim.Kim alleges that senior partner, David Peters, engaged in "psychological warfare" against him, causing him "to suffer considerable and severe emotional distress". It resulted, according to Kim, in "markedly increased and dangerously high blood pressure, nerve problems and retinal bleeding."...Kim claims that that law firm averaged an annual net proft of $2,295, 424.50 for each of the years between 2005 and 2008...
